Say what you want about Mike D'Antoni's 23-43 team but on any given night this team has more than enough talent to be pretty good and we saw just that two nights ago in the shocking blowout win against the red hot Mavericks. Dirk and the Mavs won 13 in a row and then bam, these Knicks won by a billion. I'm not taking much from that as that was more of a aberation than the norm but it does show how guys like David Lee, Wilson Chandler, Tracy McGrady, Al Harrington and these Knicks can look good on any given day.
I'm not at all expecting another great performance from the Knicks as the motto is pretty much still going after LeBron in the offseason but the 76ers just lost in Miami yesterday and are flat out terrible right now.
Philadelphia also does have talent with Iguodala, Young, Williams, Brand and a few others but they have turned into complete and utter mush. The 6ers have dropped four in a row and 9 of 10 and even at home here against a bad team should come up short. Eddie Jordan is pretty much a dead man walking and to get anything here with the Knicks is more than enough for me in a small play.
