Indians-Pirates Odds Preview

The Cleveland Indians and the Pittsburgh Pirates will both be gunning for a victory on Wednesday when they meet at PNC Park in an interleague contest.
The Indians will give the ball to starter Carl Pavano in this one. Righthander Pavano is 6-5 this season with a 5.73 ERA.
The Pirates will counter Pavano with Zach Duke. Lefthander Duke has a 3.18 ERA to go along with a 7-5 record this season.
