NIT Semis: Massachusetts Minutemen vs. Florida Gators

The Massachusetts Minutemen and the Florida Gators will both be gunning for a victory on Tuesday when they meet at Madison Square Garden in the semifinals of the National Invitational Tournament.

Massachusetts erased a 19-point deficit to upset Syracuse 81-77 in the quarterfinals of the NIT, as 7.5-point underdogs. The combined 158 points fell UNDER the posted total of 165.
Ricky Harris led the way with a game-high 23 points, and Etienne Brower tossed in 19 points in the win.
Florida took a bite out of Arizona State with a convincing 70-57 upset victory in the tourney quarterfinals. The 127 points went UNDER the posted total of 133.
Walter Hodge shot 6-for-10 from the field with 18 points, and Chandler Parsons added 15 points in the win.
