NIT Semis: Mississippi Rebels vs. Ohio State Buckeyes

The Mississippi Rebels and the Ohio State Buckeyes will both be trying to pick up a win on Tuesday when they battle at Madison Square Garden in the semifinals of the National Invitational Tournament.

Mississippi dominated nearly every offensive category in last week's 81-72 victory over Virginia Tech in the quarterfinals of the NIT. Mississippi won that game as 8-point underdogs, and the combined 153 points made it OVER the posted total of 142.
Chris Warren led the way for Mississippi with 22 points, and Dwayne Curtis chipped in with 17 points in the win.
Ohio State scored 44 points in the second half and pulled away with a 74-63 win over Dayton in the tourney quarterfinals. Ohio State covered the 8-point spread, and the combined score made it OVER the posted total of 126.
Kosta Koufos shot 9-for-10 from the field with 21 points for Ohio State, and Jamar Butler added 12 points in the win.
