Tiger Woods' return to the course won't be as triumphant as he would've liked - the top seed fell 4&2 to Tim Clark in the second round of the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship on Thursday afternoon. Also getting knocked out on Thursday were Anthony Kim, Steve Stricker, and another top seed, Vijay Singh.
The top third-round matchup on the schedule for Friday will have Phil Mickelson taking on Stewart Cink; Mickelson beat Zach Johnson 1-Up on Thursday, while Cink got past Lee Westwood in 23 holes. Ernie Els was victorious in his pairing with Stricker, and he'll move on to play Luke Donald in a third-round matchup on Friday.
