If familiarity breeds contempt, there should be animosity aplenty on Wednesday when the Florida Marlins and the Atlanta Braves meet at Turner Field. The Marlins will give the ball to starter Mark Hendrickson in this one. Lefthander Hendrickson is 7-3 this season with a 5.27 ERA. The Braves will counter Hendrickson with Tom Glavine. Lefthander Glavine has a 4.56 ERA to go along with a 2-2 record this season. Oddsmakers currently have the Braves listed as 152-moneyline favorites versus the Marlins, while the game's total has not yet been posted. Greg Norton's two-run double in the bottom of the eighth inning lifted the Braves past the Marlins 5-4 on Tuesday night. Atlanta won as -160 home favorites as the game played under the 9.5-run total set by oddsmakers. Chipper Jones went 3-for-4 with a three-run jack for the Braves, while Will Ohman picked up the win in relief of starter Jorge Campillo for Atlanta. Dan Uggla was 2-for-3 with a homer and three runs batted in for Florida, as Matt Lindstrom took the loss after allowing Norton's double in the eighth.
