Marlins-Braves Pointers

If familiarity breeds contempt, there should be animosity aplenty on Thursday when the Florida Marlins and the Atlanta Braves meet at Turner Field.
The Marlins will pin their hopes on the pitching of righthander Anibal Sanchez in this game. Sanchez has a 2-2 record and a 3.99 ERA this season.
The Braves will counter Sanchez with Charlie Morton. Righthander Morton has a 6.40 ERA to go along with a 3-8 record this season.

NewBodog oddsmakers currently have the Marlins listed as 125-moneyline favorites versus the Braves, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

Josh Johnson tossed a complete-game four-hitter as the Marlins defeated the Braves 4-1 on Wednesday, as -125 favorites. The game's five runs fell UNDER the posted over/under (9.5).
Dan Uggla had two hits, including a solo home run for the Marlins. Johnson fanned eight batters for his fourth straight win.
Martin Prado drove in the lone run for the Braves, who were +110 underdogs. Mike Hampton gave up three runs off eight hits over eight innings of work in the loss.
