March Madness: Kansas-Michigan State Odds Preview

The Kansas Jayhawks and the Michigan State Spartans will both be gunning for a victory on Friday when they meet at Lucas Oil Stadium in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
Oddsmakers currently have the Spartans listed as 1½-point favorites versus the Jayhawks, while the game's total is sitting at 138.
Kansas knocked off Dayton 60-43 as an 8-point favorite in the second round on Sunday. The combined score fell UNDER the posted over/under total (134).
