OffshoreInsiders.com say that one of the top European sportsbooks William Hill says that Chicago is the 4/5 favorite to get the 2016 Olympics bid. Rio de Janeiro is next at 13/10 and Madrid a long shot at 10-1.  Former Chicago community organizer, US President Barack Obama gave the Windy City a last minute pitch to the IOC.
