Minnesota-Northwestern
Northwestern started out 6-1 but not only lost last week, their RB Tyrell Sutton was lost for the year and QB C.J. Bacher is questionable. Sutton, a senior, is leading the team in rushing.
Pittsburgh-Notre Dame
Pitt starting QB Bill Stull practiced this week, but is questionable. "If he does not play, the Panthers will keep the ball on the ground," says Bob Warner of Lines-Maker.com. Sharp players will keep a close eye, especially those who bet totals.
Nebraska-Oklahoma
Sooners WR Manny Johnson is questionable. He is second on the team with 33 receptions. He did return to practice though, generally a good sign.
Michigan-Purdue
Purdue's four year starting QB Curtis Painter has a separated shoulder. He is game time decision, but will likely be limited. His backup is a redshirt freshman Justin Stiller, who has just 10 career completions.
Clemson-Boston College
Clemson will get talented RB C.J. Spiller back. The Tigers lost both games that he missed. Backup QB Willy Korn, who did start one game, is probable. He may share time with Cullen Harper today.
Leo Getz nailed his College Football Game of the Month on
Florida State-Georgia Tech
The FSU gang is focusing on the status of RB Antoine Smith. He is probable. The one game the Seminoles lost this year, he was held to just 24 yards rushing, so his status is key.
Tulane-LSU
The Green Wave will be without RB Andre Anderson. He entered last week's game fourth in the nation in rushing before he was hurt on his third carry. His loss is devastating as he's the team's second leading receiver.
Florida International-Louisiana Lafayette
UL QB Mike Desormeauz is very likely to play. He is the top rushing QB in the nation and leads the conference in total offense.
