PHILADELPHIA -5.5 Tampa

Philadelphia will have a killer instinct after blowing another fourth quarter lead. Last time that happened, the Eagles responded.  However their two losses were to the Giants and Saints, two teams much better than Tampa.

The Bucs have to battle a letdown following a dramatic win over Cincy. This season the Eagles have nine touchdown drives of less than 1:30 and lead the NFL with seven scoring drives of less than 4 plays – a potentially foreboding statistic against a Buccaneers defense that has given up 15 plays of 20 or more yards to this point.
