Chicago-Phoenix UNDER 202.5

Chicago can't shoot. They are hitting 38.1 percent of their shots against teams normally allowing 43.8. Meanwhile, Phoenix's shooting has been inconsistent all year, failing to shoot 50 percent or better in back to back games.  Now they are off their best shooting game of the year.

Guard Raja Bell is expected to return for the Suns after missing two games with a sprained right ankle. He's one of the only players who can play any defense for Phoenix.
