Cavaliers-Pistons Odds Preview

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons will both be gunning for a victory on Friday when they meet at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
Oddsmakers currently have the Cavaliers listed as 5-point favorites versus the Pistons, while the game's total has not yet been posted.
LeBron James went for 29 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists to lead the Cavaliers past the Pistons 94-82 to take a 2-0 lead in their Eastern Conference first round series on Tuesday night.
