MLB Picks: Reds Will Win Says Matt Rivers

Matt Rivers continues to ascend like a Spacex rocket. He has a free pick Friday on the Reds. They are laying -110 at Washington according to SportsBook

Livan Hernandez has been a great story this season as the Cuban righthander is pitching as well as he ever has and I mean that literally. But in the very near future the guy is going to come back down to Earth and to not have to lay any money with what has become a pretty good Cincinnati team is worth a shot.

Votto, Philips, Stubbs and the Reds are probably not going to keep up their winning pace but this team is a confident one that is at least pretty good right now. Even with the Nationals improvements and with quality bashers like Zimmerman and Dunn I can't help but take my chances with the visitors at this number.

Aaron Harang is not the same guy from a few seasons ago but the junkballer is a professional hurler who should eat some innings and be just fine.

This is far from the lock of my life as the Nats are playing much better ball and at home can beat anybody. But the Reds are still a notch above and I will take my chances fading Livan as I think he just has to come into harder times. The guy was fairly washed up five years ago. What he's doing now has to be a mirage and I can't believe he won't get exposed very soon, with soon maybe being today.

The pick: Cincinnati at Bodog

For more information: A rare poor losing day on Thursday as the Celtics clearly failed in the end. I don't have bad days often but unfortunately it's going to happen. Things though are still well in the positive as in over 3 million* of profit over the past 25 days and the winning continues here. Two plays, a big-time lock between the Yankees and Blue Jays in my 400,000* AL East Game of the Year! along with a 300,000* Milwaukee-St. Louis. Click now to purchase
