SEASON HIGH 4 NFL WISE GUY PLAYS OFF WINNING IN BOTH FB AND BB SATURDAY, INC WG SWEEP
America’s Greatest rolls along, sweeping Wise Guy plays with Michigan and Virginia Tech. We are bitter about our Dandy Dog on Western Michigan +700 on the moneyline falling short despite beating FSU soundly in the boxsore. You have two grossly inconsistent teams, both under .500, so why would we expect both the teams to keep their recent short-term form? This is the type of game that Sunday night, the squares will be saying “I can’t figure them out, blah, blah, blah…” We can. In a respect, we do expect both teams to stick to form—inconsistent.
Minnesota’s run defense is still uncanny, allowing just 2.9 yards per rush against teams normally allowing 4.0. And Miami’s best running back Ronnie Brown is hurting, though will likely play. So now Joey Heatherton has to keep a winning streak going? Pfft.
