Olympic Odds Updated

The crown jewel of Winter Olympic betting odds is men's hockey.  Host Canada remains the overwhelming favorite to take home the gold medal in the national sport. The Canucks are -150 at most sportsbooks. Russia is +200, followed by Sweden and the USA each at +500.

Figure skating is one of the most popular events on the NBC Olympics television schedule. Evgeni Plushenko at -140 is the heavy favorite on the men's overall figure skating.

The women's overall medal has Ya Na Kim as the prohibitive favorite, though other top contenders including Mao Asada and Miki Ando at +500.

The Olympic Odds in speed skating has Shani Davis at -210 in the men's individual 1500m. In women's version, Christine Nesbitt has surpassed Kristina Groves as the favorite. Nesbitt is +150.  Sven Kramer at -450 and Martina Sabikova at -350 are favorites in the men's 10,000 meters and women's 5,000 respectively.

SportsBook has Reinfried Herbst as the favorite in the men's alpine skiing slalom. They also have odds posted for curling, snowboarding, ski jumping and more.
