Going against home favorites of 150 or less after a game in which their bullpen gave up no earned runs against a team that has a bullpen ERA of 3.00 or less over their last 15 games is +93.2.

Toronto is hitting .304 their last seven games, Colorado .227. The Rockies were an early surprise but have lost 6-of-8.  Toronto is 8-3 their last 11. The road team is 6-2 in Cook’s games.
