Thursday Godspicks

Thursday, May 11, 2006

Godspicks clients have been saying for years and years, thank Godsey that only a small percentage of games go to OT or extra innings.  I have no explanation as to how we can be some dominant in every sport, yet when a game goes beyond regulation, we have no chance.

Despite a 3 OT loss, we win in all three sports, going 2-0 in the NBA led by a Wise Guy on Miami.  Dandy Dogs on Minnesota and KC in MLB and a Wise Guy Dandy Dog on Carolina +200 in the NHL give your man a splitting headache.

Tonight it’s one of those days that help make us famous: quality over quantity.  We do have a night baseball underdog as the strongest play on the board to start out your weekend pass. The ENTIRE card  is just $17 at www.godspicks.com.

MLB

PITTSBURGH (PEREZ +120) Arizona (Cruz)

Going against starting pitchers who give up two or fewer earned runs in each of his last two starts to a pitcher whose ERA is 7.00 or higher over his last three is +89.3 units. Arizona is 21-51 last three years against teams outscored by .5 or more runs per game -38 units.

Arizona is coming a bit down to earth losing 2-of-3.
