TOWSON STATE +4 James Madison

The Dukes, who have lost six consecutive to fall to 3-8 in the Colonial Athletic Association and 10-11 overall, will be without sophomore point guard Pierre Curtis for "some period of time," JMU coach Dean Keener said.

Curtis, averaging 10.7 points and 4.2 assists, sprained his knee and suffered a bone bruise early in a 72-46 loss to George Mason on Saturday. Keener said a magnetic resonance imaging test found no ligament damage.

Junior Abdulai Jalloh (14.9 points) will take over as the primary ballhandler with help from freshman Heiden Ratner (5.4 points).

The really bad news is both will be playing out of position. This is a reeling team that has lost 9-of-11 after an 8-2 start.

Towson dominated the first meeting with dribble penetration. Oh boy will JMU miss Curtis tonight.
