Bodog NCAA Tournament Previews: Xavier-Kansas State; WVU-Washington

Yes free spread picks for March Madness betting abound and we don't mean from heavily marketed brands like Jonathan Stone or Vegas Runner but winning sports handicapper champions.

Also, Bodog has previews for the Sweet 16 games of the NCAA Tournament odds.

The NCAA Tournament bracket features some great action on Friday in the South Region. Here are our Sweet 16 South picks.

The team everybody loves to hate is on a roll; No. 1 Duke has won 14 of its past 15 games, including convincing wins over Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Cal during the tourney. Purdue can't be taken lightly, though; the Boilermakers are clearly out to prove they don't need the injured Robbie Hummel to win. Expect yet another upset and pick Purdue to advance to the Elite Eight.

After toppling No. 7 Richmond and No. 2 Villanova, St. Mary's has been one of the tourney's most exciting teams. Friday's opponent—No. 3 Baylor—may be another high-ranked opponent, but St. Mary's has already proved it doesn't care who it plays. In the Year of the Upset, the fun should continue with the Gaels moving on.

The second of two Thursday night West Region games takes place when No. 2 Kansas State and No. 6 Xavier try to advance another round in the NCAA Tournament bracket.

Thanks to a high-flying offense, Kansas State (21-9 ATS) whipped No. 15 North Texas 82-62 in the opening round before putting away No. 7 BYU 84-72.

Jacob Pullen has been MVP of K-State all year; he's averaging 24.5 points per outing during the NCAA Tournament. Fellow guard Denis Clemente is helping carry the load at 18.0 points per game.

Xavier (22-11 ATS) has been advancing by the skin of its nose. The Musketeers knocked off Minnesota 65-54 in the opening round before sneaking past Pittsburgh 71-68 in Round Two.

Jordan Crawford has been The Man for Xavier—he's dropping 27.5 points and 6.0 rebounds through two games of NCAA Tournament action.

The East Region NCAA Tournament bracket has two games in action Thursday, including the No. 2 West Virginia Mountaineers taking on No. 11 Washington.

West Virginia (15-19 ATS) opened the tourney with a 27-point blowout over Morgan State before following it up with a 68-59 win over Mizzou. The Mountaineers have won eight straight.

De'Sean Butler destroyed Missouri with 28 points and eight rebounds. Kevin Ebanks is averaging a double-double so far with 15.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.

Washington (16-18 ATS) has used a ton of offense to take down No. 6 Marquette and No. 3 New Mexico. The Huskies are putting up 80.0 points per game during March Madness.

Quincy Pondexter led Washington in scoring during the regular season and he's up to his usual tricks during the tourney, averaging 18.0 points in two games.

Top expert pick on this game is from Matt Rivers. All I do is win, it's seriously getting a little silly already. 390,000* of more profit on Wednesday as St. Louis smacked around Princeton as I said they would and the 7 win Nets won with ease as I said they would. I have been producing money like a cash register for months now. Literally 4 million* of profit over the past 28 days including a 34-20-1 run and 15 of 23 winning days.

Raising that Bar right now as my 500,000* are about to improve to 48-24 all-time in my Outright or Burial on West Virginia and Washington along with a 200,000* Cornell and Kentucky. Don't miss out as I brag some more in a few hours, with or without you. Click now to purchase Matt Rivers, who was the winningest handicapper ever—nobody came close—on a large network of sites
