No Perfect Bracket But Matt Rivers Has Free Spread Pick NCAAB

We cannot confirm that what incited the veep on the Joe Biden f-bomb video was that he bet without consulting the top sports handicappers, but we can verify that is what happens to those who bet on their own.

While we can't promise a perfect bracket for the NCAA Tournament 2010 as delivered by Alex Hermann, but the best picks are on OffshoreInsiders.com

Super handicapper Matt Rivers has a free pick on Rhode Island. They are getting 6.5 at Virginia Tech.

I'll grab the handful plus here with a pretty solid Rams squad.

I do like Malcolm Delaney a lot and Virginia Tech at home is extremely tough to beat but with that said they did not look all that sharp in the victory on Monday against Connecticut and are not really much of a run and gun blow out type of a team to begin with. The Hokies were behind most of that game against the Huskies and did get a little lucky to win the game in the end. Granted Delaney could not have played any worse and they still won the game but it's asking a lot here at this number. Winning certainly does not necessarily mean covering when you start approaching more than a handful.

Seth Greenberg always gets the most out of his guys and Delaney and Hudson and Allen and a few others are really good. Va. Tech probably deserved a bid to the NCAA Tournament but got hosed in the end.

Rhode Island missed out on the Big Dance by a small margin as well and I see no reason why they won't stay in this game here. The Rams are not exactly a team that is too good for the NIT and should be be in this contest to win it. Jim Baron's boys are 23-9 overall and 9-7 in the Atlantic 10. The Rams boast three high quality players in Cothran, James and Ulmer who can all score and rebound the basketball. Plus freshman Akeem Richmond has blue chip potential and could be great here today in Blacksburg as he continues to mature into an elite star.

It's kind of ironic because just the other day I faded the Rams in the Nevada easy cover and backed the Hokies in the non-cover. I don't like jumping ship normally like this but a half a dozen or so points against Rhode Island is a lot for any team that is good, but not great.

I expect a game decided late as two solid clubs battle and I'll therefore grab the handsome number with the Rams.

For more information:  Lady Luck certainly helped out with the Bobcats in overtime but North Carolina Outright was a gem as I pocketed another 500,000* of profit on Tuesday. I have been producing money like a cash register for months now. 3.6 million* of profit over the past 27 days including a 32-19-1 run and 14 of 22 winning days.

Raising that Bar 400,000* NIT Game of the Month Princeton-St. Louis plus a pair of 100,000* on the NBA hardwoods in Sacramento-New Jersey and Minnesota-Charlotte. Three crap games but three EZ winner. Click now to purchase
