ScoresOddsPicks NBA spread  and betting picks for Wednesday, March 24. These are the real life bets and premium picks brought free thanks to Bodog.

Wednesday's NBA odds feature two fantastic Western Conference match ups hotter than Devon James pics or the Anne Curtis swimsuit malfunction. First, the Houston Rockets pay a visit to Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Later in the evening, the San Antonio Spurs host Kobe Bryant and the Lakers.

Houston Rockets at Oklahoma City Thunder (-7) – Wed. at 8:00 p.m. ET

Oklahoma City (42-27, 40-29 ATS) has hit a snag after a recent five-game winning streak; since then, the Thunder have lost three of their past four, including Monday's 99-96 loss to the Spurs. It's been more of the same on NBA odds, as the Thunder have lost back-to-back games and are 2-4 against the spread in their last six outings. Oklahoma City has covered just twice in its last five games at the Ford Center.

Houston (36-33, 32-37 ATS) has lost two of its last three games, although the Rockets are still a solid 5-2 in their past seven outings. They lost 98-88 to the Chicago Bulls on Monday, which dropped their record against the spread to just 5-5 over their past 10 games. Houston has been just as mediocre on the road, covering five of its last 10 outings away from home.

The Rockets have covered three consecutive games against Oklahoma City and, considering the Thunder are slumping, it's not hard to believe that streak will improve to four.

Free pick: Houston

Los Angeles Lakers at San Antonio Spurs (-1) – Wed. at 9:30 p.m. ET

The Lakers (52-18, 29-39-2 ATS) are starting to look like the defending NBA champions again. Sunday's 99-92 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies gives LA six consecutive wins straight up. Winning basketball hasn't come as easily at the sportsbook, however; Los Angeles has dropped three of its last four against the spread and is 4-6 in its last 10 games against NBA odds. The Lakers have been better on the road, where they're 3-1 ATS in their past four games away from home.

San Antonio (42-27, 36-32-1 ATS) is just 2-2 in its last four outings after beating Oklahoma City 99-96 on Monday. Still, the Spurs are a rock-solid 7-3 straight up in their past 10 games. San Antonio has been even better on NBA odds after an 8-2 run against the spread. The Spurs are also riding a four-game winning streak at the AT&T Center.

The Spurs and Lakers have traded wins in their past two meetings, both straight up and against the spread. It's hard to pick against either right now, but the Lakers have their swagger back.
