Brandon Lang Jumps Ship On Heels of Matt Rivers Doing Same

For those who missed out on Boston Marathon 2010 or the Patriot's Day winner from GodsTips, don't delay your winnings like the space shuttle landing. From Hampton University to the Chicago Park District, bettors have been beating the sportsbooks.

We see that Brandon Lang has become the latest to jump ship on a sports handicapping network. Lang was their marquee capper since branding his name with a movie called Two for the Money. Thise comes on the heels of that scores and odds site losing their best handicapper  Matt Rivers, who was the winningest handicapper ever—nobody came close.

Today he has a free MLB pick on the Detroit Tigers plus the number. Also note that Cavaliers-Bulls, Nuggets-Jazz odds picks are up. Here is what Rivers says.

There is no doubt that right now Joel Pineiro is more trustworthy than Dontrelle Willis and the Angels at home are always very tough but at this takeback why not back the Tee-grays?

Jim Leyland's squad is not great, I admit that, but Detroit does have a decent enough team led by a stud in Miguel Cabrera and probably the better bullpen, believe it or not, with Brian Fuentes out. When was the last time one could say that the Tigers have the superior bullpen than the Halos, wow? Not in a long time, that's for sure, but it really may be the case here as Detroit has revamped their core of relievers.

Piniero just looked great at Yankee Stadium and is a solid pitcher who has developed a new pitch of late. But the guy is not close to being elite and can easily come back down to Earth a bit here by the decent enough Tigers.

The legend of the D-Train is a thing of the past and he will have his work cut out for him but Anaheim just had a great three game sweep up in Toronto and in a bit of a letdown spot with some travel we could see this being a tough spot for them. I am a big fan of Mike Scioscia's team as these guys are going to be in the thick of things for the bulk of the season. Matsui, Abreu, Morales and Kendrick form a dangerous dangerous team but they are still laying a bit too much here and I'm willing to fade Anaheim because of the overinflated price.

I can see Dontrelle give us six decent enough innings and the Tigers pull this thing out in the end.
