Kevin Durant is awesome and probably will pour in 30 points and the Thunder are legit and more than likely are going to make the playoffs but it's just not happening tonight.
Dirk and the Mavs are an elite regular season team. They have shown this for years and even if that last game was rough at home against the Magic I will gladly lay this small number in Big D with Nowitzki, Terry, Butler and Kidd. Dallas was on a back-to-back in that last game plus an overtime the night before in the win at Memphis and things caught up to them against Dwight Howard and the extremely competent boys from Orlando. That was just one game though and really does not concern me as a night of rest will do this team well today on their home floor.
Durant, Russell Westbrook and Jeff Green are the nucleus to a really fine young Oklahoma City team. These guys are exploding right now and are going to be a very tough out in the playoffs against anybody and that includes the Lakers and these Mavericks. With that said though the Thunder are still young and should not go on the road and win this game with Dallas at full strength.
There are times when it is just much harder for certain teams to win certain games. Theoretically the Mavs could win this game by one or two points but that is highly unlikely and in the end this price is very cheap on Mark Cuban's boys as they win in the neighborhood of 103-96.
