Jason Heyward may be a star in the making to go alongside Chipper, McCann, Glaus and a few others as the Atlanta offense appears to be much improved but I still though can't help but think that Lee, Ramirez and Soriano will break through a bit this season after the debacle of '09.
Jair Jurrjens can be nasty and if on this is going to be a real challenge for the visitors but Ryan Dempster and that sinker also have a pretty high upside and this takeback is too much to pass up. Lou's crew certainly has been an underachieving team since his arrival but I'm not giving up on them just yet.
Vegas had the Cubbies winning around 83 games which just seems too cheap to me. If they get smacked around for a second straight time then maybe I'll start to change my tune a bit but even at Turner Field I will take my chances with the boys from the Windy City plus too high of a takeback.
The key to winning on the diamond is finding a juicy pup that has a legitimate 50-50 or so shot to win the game yet the number doesn't reflact that. The theory applies here as the Braves are at home and probably do have the superior pitcher but this game can still go either way and therefore I'll take this dog.
