Oklahoma City Thunder at Atlanta Hawks – 2:00 p.m. ET
If you bet on NBA odds, hopefully you've been rolling with Atlanta lately. The Hawks (26-13, 26-13 ATS) have won five of their last six games, including 4-2 against the spread. In fact, Atlanta has passed Orlando for the Southeast Division lead. Oklahoma City, on the other hand, has stumbled. The Thunder (22-18, 24-16 ATS) have lost two of three, though they won their last game 98-80 over Miami on Saturday. Kevin Durant (29.1 points per game) has dropped at least 30 in five straight games. Atlanta has won three straight over Oklahoma (1-2 ATS), with the first of those wins coming against the franchise when it was still in Seattle.
Premium free pick: Atlanta
Dallas Mavericks at Boston Celtics – 8:00 p.m. ET
The Mavericks (26-14, 18-22) were absolutely obliterated by the Raptors on Sunday, losing 110-88. It was Dallas' third loss in four games. Dirk Nowitzki has played well for the Mavericks and he's in the Top-10 in scoring, but he needs more help from teammates. Boston (27-11, 17-21) should be well rested after sitting since Thursday's loss to Chicago. The Celtics are just 4-6 in their last 10 games and look unsettled without Kevin Garnett; the big man has missed eight straight games with an injury and he won't play against Dallas. Boston has won three of its last four meetings with the Mavs while covering all four times against the spread.
Best bet: Dallas
Orlando Magic at LA Lakers - 10:30 p.m. ET
The Lakers (31-9, 18-22 ATS) have won two in a row including Friday's blowout over the Clippers, but LA is just 3-3 in its last six games. A big part of the problem was Pau Gasol missing from the lineup with an injury, but he returned to action against the Clips and chipped in 20 points. Orlando (26-14, 31-9 ATS) has struggled badly in January, going 3-6 while dropping its last two games—both by large margins. Injured guard Vince Carter remains a question mark after scoring just five points in Friday's loss to Portland. This is the first meeting between these teams since Los Angeles won the NBA Finals 4-1.
The live odds for the NBA pick: LA Lakers
