Vikings vs. Panthers Week 15 NFL

It’s NBC Sunday night football or as they call it Football Night in America. Bodog takes a look at it from a betting standpoint.

Brett Favre will look to help the Minnesota Vikings clinch their second straight division title when they visit the Carolina Panthers on Sunday night, although he may not have rookie standout Percy Harvin to throw to.

NFL football betting odds have the Vikings listed as 9-point road favorites.

A return by Harvin, who sat out last week with migraine headaches, would give the Vikings’ offense a boost. The first-year player, though, is still struggling with the problem and his status for Sunday is uncertain.

Harvin, one of Favre’s favorite third-down targets, is second on the team with 681 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He is also averaging 29.0 yards on kickoff returns, second in the league, with two TDs.

Minnesota will be visiting Carolina for the first time in four years. The Panthers have lost three of four and are coming off a 20-10 defeat to New England on Sunday.
