The Browns have been playing better on offense of late and they have been a far more effective team with Brady Quinn at quarterback.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs have been awful in the last two weeks. They were blown out by the Denver Broncos and edged out by the Buffalo Bills. Most teams don't lose three in a row at home, though, so look for a good effort from the Chiefs this week.
